Mandalorian Season 3 Trailer is the way

A new trailer for the Mandalorian season 3 dropped the other day and, just like with season 1 and 2, I am pretty damned excited. In both prior cases, right so. The show is awesome thanks to the winning combo of a cool as fuck bounty hunter and a cute but deadly baby Yoda. In a space western. What’s not to love?

There are a ton of hints about what might happen but first, if you haven’t already, watch The Book of Boba Fett. Things happen in it that are relevant to what will happen in Madalorian season 3. A good student Baby Yoda does not make.

The trailer shows a lot of things and hints at several others. For one, we see the return of Carl Weather as Greef Karga, Mando’s best buddy. We also see a glimpse of a load of Jedi, presumably in a flashback to prequel or pre-prequel times. They even have lightsabers. There’s a fight with Tie Fighters and another with Mandalorians dropping out of a drop ship and shooting stuff. It is all it is tremendously exciting.

Then of course, there’s a bit where Mando says he will go to Mandalore to pay for his transgressions. Presumably he means the heinous crime of helmet removal, but knows. Finally there is Baby Yoda, force pushing a monster out of a hole.

All the above is enough for me to mildly hyperventilate.

When is the Mandalorian season 3 out?

The Mandalorian season 3 will air on Disney+ on the 1st of March this year. Apparently it has been almost two and half years since the last season, which surprised me. I guess there has been a lot of Star Wars coming out, and that distracted me.
